We seem to have some random issues with users not being able to chat. When we look in there micollab client the chat feature is greyed out. They are setup with same client version that has CHAT enabled so not sure why they are grayed out. any thoughts?? All comments and suggestions are welcome. Thanks

go to your micollab server
user and service - find your user , then in micollab client --> find your Feature profile
now go to Micollab client service -> configure micollab client service -> FEATURES ->open your profile -> check if the chat is enable.
if yes ,
go to Micollab client service -> configure micollab client service -> Account : open your user account and tick : refresh line monitors on save , then save

Well that helped for some users but not all. Kind of hit and miss. There is NO similarities with each users that would indicate what the issue is. One person works and the others no. Any other thoughts? What i will do is to redeploy the client to see if that helps
