Title: MiCollab 9.2.104 softphone says "Registration Failed"

Upon activation of softphone in MiCollab app some users are getting "Registration Failed" and I am unsure what is causing this or how to fix it. Any help is appreciated.

That is usually a password issue in the deployment.

Can also see this if their deployment has expired, try to redeploy them.
