While on a call it is hard to hear customers talking with beeping in my ear. We are able to see the call on the computer so it does not need to beep as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.

you hear the beep in the secondary call ? or first ?

We only here the beep in secondary call while currently on the phone from first call.

in user and device --> deskphone and softphone --> keys --> on the second multicall key change ring type ( if ring continuous) to delay ring or No ring if you prefer

I did this already as they are set to "no ring" and it still beeps

for softphone and deskphone ?

I only did this for softphone as that is where I am having the issue. I still want deskphone to ring.

Are you using multi device licensing? If so, can't have it both ways with the second call notification while on a call. Might be wrong here might try on the softphone's COS to say busy when any line is in use, should the forward the second call to vm if set
