I have a 5320e phone at two offsite locations, is there a way to swap those extensions from an offsite location? both are set as administrative extensions. If it can't be done from the extension, can it be done remotely from a cell phone calling into another admin extension?

Simple... Manually swap the mac addresses associated with each user's phone and reboot the phones (they will have to unplug and plug back in if you can't remote into the switch and toggle the ports). Or just clear the MAC addresses on both and have the users enter the Set Registration PIN+Extension (this option may not require the user to unplug/plug in the phone in most cases, but does require them to enter some digits).
Phone A becomes B and phone B becomes A.

its very easy to swap extensions while at the office, there's no access to that system from outside the office?
end users don't want to mess with Mac addresses. They get to their ranch and want to be able to swap with their home extension without calling tech support.
My hope is the swap extension feature that can be executed from any administrator phone other than one of the phones being swapped can be run from a cell phone.

You don’t want to swap extensions, use DEE or hot desking.
