Title: Change Auto attendant options

Mitel 3300 R4.
 Need to change options on front of house message  1 2 and 0
System has analogue lines incoming calls route to auto attendant  7778 plays system greeting but only option 0 works
Where do I change / amend options 1 and 2

Depends on where the auto attendant lives. Are you using embedded VM, NuPoint, or something else for voice mail?

Not using embedded or multi level as both blank, I can access system greeting via administrators mail box 9999
When I dial VM group 7779 plays greeting
When option 1 or 2 I get nu tone.

Any ideas

Can't really help until you tell us what system/device the auto attendant is on.
