Title: Micollab 9.2.104 CONNECT to WebRTC Gateway Failed
Post by: lrjones198 on December 17, 2020, 10:05:37 AM
Using softphone works great through Micollab app but when trying to use it on web portal we get this error. Not sure how to set up WebRTC so any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

Ive never managed to get WebRTC working properly with MiCollab softphone yet. If anyone has some useful tips or links to helpful documentation that would be great.

Mitel's documentation on WebRTC is somewhat lacklustre

I was able to get this to work but only internal. In MBG you need to set WebRTC under Teleworking  to Enable and "Host WebRTC client locally" make your shared secret whatever you want. Set Mode to Subscriber and set Anonymoous WebRTC ICP to your PBX. Save and you should be good

It should work just like was said, eternal may need additional ports opened to MBG.
