Title: Intermittent Trouble with Nupoint answering
Post by: brogerson on December 15, 2020, 01:36:31 PM: User has a deskphone and Collab on Mobile. The user will receive an incoming call and after answering the caller will be put in the mailbox and the user can also hear the Mailbox greeting and hear the caller leave a message.

Not sure if this is a PBX trouble or a Nupoint trouble.

try to restart Nupoint services
