Title: Hardware ID Blank in the Licenses and Options form

I have two systems clustered that were recently upgraded to the newest release of MiVB software.

The hardware ID does not show up in the licenses and options form,  the system is failing at getting the date and time but the form shows it is correct and there are can't get property core package in the logs as well.

Also when in the system I can't run maintenance commands,   I get error Failed to submit command to DSA.

And all that changed is an upgrade to 9.1 (you said to "newest release" of software)... What version where they on before and are both systems doing the same thing? if on 9.0 or higher, you can switch back to the inactive software slot.
