One of our support staff received a new laptop. He is able to sign in to MiCollab Client (version 7.3.0.308) on his old laptop without issue. When he tries signing in on the new system he gets the error: Request timed out. MiCollab Client Service host unreachable.
This happens instantly and it doesn't matter what user name or password we try. We uninstalled/re-installed the software and confirmed the host domain was correct. We also disabled the antivirus software we use and turned off the firewall. Same issue. He is connecting through VPN (Cisco Anyconnect) and every other network application/share works fine on this system.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think you are not using the same dns server. Try to ping your micollab fqdn and see if you don't have any dns resolution issue

It did turn out to be a DNS resolution issue. IP Release/renew took care of the issue. Thank you for your help.
