Hi All,
Got a bit of a weird one. Customer has a tenanted system which we have setup for them.
DDI's come into a NameTag hunt group, Call Reroute Always to Voicemail with a Mailbox setup as a menu node mailbox to allow us to give each individual branch within the group a custom AA.
I know Embedded VM can do 'If you know the extension you wish to speak to, you may dial it now...' if I stick a DDI straight to the Voicemail HG. I also know you don't get that ability on a menu node mailbox.
However... Is there a way to have the AA kick in on the menu and have 'press 1 if you know the extension you wish to dial' and then have the system Auto Attendant kick in?
Tried it a couple of ways but so far I've come up no dice. Any suggestions welcome!

Create your 1st multilevel AA with for example :
Welcome to my company, for sales press 1 for support press2.... If you know the extension press 3
When the caller press 3 - - > create vm extension with the message : please dial the extension (this extension will be your 2nd multilevel AA)
create a 2nd multilevel AA

I would avoid nametag as much as possible, creates additional headaches IMHO

Apologies for the late update but I've been sidtracked on other projects!
Got this working by reading the manual properly and not bloody skim reading it! ;D
Bare in mind this is a tenanted system, so i can't have everything going to the Embedded AA, so...
DDI > NTHG (#1000) CReRA to Voicemail HG.
Menu node mailbox setup as 1100 (as it ignores the #) - and you must set the extension as the same as the mbx number! Important!
Dial into the NTHG and when the prompt plays, dial the extension you want.
EDIT - set the embedded system to allow dialling of any extension, with your exclusions for security.
