I'm using Call flow to change the outgoing message on a holiday schedule, but I can't get voicemails left in the mailbox to go to email.
Does anyone know any special settings I may be overlooking?

Is the mailbox licensed correctly within NuPoint?
I've had issues on MiVBExpress/MiCollab whereby if the mailbox isn't associated with a user (doesn't have to have a phone, just a user setup in MiCollab with the mailbox associated) it doesn't actually apply the UM license for the mailbox and you won't get the VM to email working.

Yes it is. I can dial into nupoint at her phone and get into the VM box. Just can't do it from the VM key. Even though the call coverage is correct.

I presume VM 2 Email is working for other users so its not a system wide issue just this user?

@pmhaynes Yes, it's working for everyone else.
I've looked in COS and haven't found anything that looks like it would apply.

Did you resolve this issue?
if you tail the qmail /current log do you see the email fail to send or do u see no attempt to send the email?
