Title: DID to hunt group goes to voicemail

Hello all,
I am hoping someone can help me with an issue I cant figure out.
so I set up a DID and the extension it goes to is a hunt group (this is for a fax Finder number)  I set it up the same way as the other ones are but when I dial the DID number it goes to voicemail.  If I am internal and dial the extension it goes to the fax like it should. 
the routing and everything obvious I can find matches how the others are setup.

Any ideas?
its on a mitel 3300...
I am a newb so please use small words...lol

What happens if u call your hunt group number

Sounds like you have the wrong Call Reroute Always assigned to the extension.

Typically you would route your DID to a phantom extension, then Call Reroute Always to the FaxFinder hunt group, sounds like the Call Reroute Always is set to the standard VM hunt group. Guessing here... just based off of the given info.

Thank you for the tips.  I believe I have everything set correctly.
I am using 10 for the reroute to the faxfinder and it set to use that.  I cant figure out how to post a pic in here to show you the setup.  but it all matches the other lines.  If I dial the extension it goes to the fax, if I use my cell phone an dial the DID it goes to the voicemail.
