Title: Mitel Custom Buttons

MiVoice 9.1.1002 - Mitel Desktop Client and Custom Buttons.
Does anyone have the procedures to publish custom buttons to a user group?
Per the online help, “Adding Information to a Live Call” a Call Manager can do this.  I don’t see Custom Buttons in the Call Recorder Admin. 
I have built a group… Just don’t have the steps to tie a Button to this group and publish to the Desktop Client.

Steps:
•   In Mgmt Studio, the account creating the buttons must have Call Manager Rights and Permissions in Live Calls Application > User Groups > Administer Custom Buttons

In Call Recording Mgr > Create or use an existing group
In Call Recording Mgr > Lists and Other Resources > Lists > Account-Codes Lists > Create or use an existing list; Note the Description and Account Codes for use in steps below

In Mgmt Studio > Main Top Menu > Config > Publish Custom Buttons
> Select the Group and Move to the Publish Column
> Right click an available button > Change > Match the Account Code Descriptions and Codes noted earlier > Select your button color scheme

Save to Push to the selected Group(s)
