Hi guys,
I have a user who is currently home based and everyday at around 10:30am their phone will update and then reboot.
Doesn't matter if they are on a call or idle this will happen.
Process only takes about a minute but is obviously inconvenient, especially being they are in a customer service role so if they get cut off it doesn't leave a good impression to our customers.
It's only affecting him and we have multiple users using this model phone, Myself included when I was home based temporarily.
Any ideas how we can either stop the update or at least move it to an earlier time to say before his shift starts?

I guess it is an teleworker phone? I can not recall that a timer for this is used somewere and as you stated he is the only one with this issue.
Would suggest replace the phone or check his internet connection, maybe his IP is refreshed every day.
