Title: 5330 Hot Desk Enabled.

I have a 5330e phone which was added to a 3300. MCD6 software.
The picture shows the Hot Desk symbol in the top left corner.
However I have never enabled Hot Desk in any phone in the system.
I cannot clear it using Clear all features.

I intend to use VoIP/IP solution in Mitel 430 e 3300, where extensions work outside the office, what should I  do?

Title: 5330 IP phones very slow boot up

I have a MyVoice 250 and some phones would loose connection to the Mitel system and when I unplugged the phone and reconnect it, the booting process takes a very long time to come up. Sometimes I need to unplug it a couple of times.
Also I can't connect to the Mitel system for programming from my computer anymore.
Can this be a problem with the switch or the Mitel system. I'm using a Dell Power Connect 5524 switch.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I would appreciate any help you can give.

Hi Team,
It been more than 2 months since no access to our mitel 430.
We acquired more 2 mitel 6863I, however when I star the configuration the admin password does not work than I can not access the controller.
I do not intend to reset the system for obvious reasons will lose data and work hard.
Is there any way to access it?
Alternative password?

After replacing the UPS in one of my offices, our MiVoice 250 is stopped with "Waiting on CP" when power was restored. I can still SSH in to it but no Admin and Diag, phones down, PRI card is dark. Does anyone know of a fix for this? My Mitel "Partner" is unresponsive and Mitel won't talk to me. Any assistance is appreciated.

Title: Setting FQDN to the Local Enterprise (vMiVB V9.0)

We have a need to set the FQDN to the Enterprise FQDN/ IP address field.

This is easy enough for remote servers but not on the local one.

The help notes state this is accomplished in the MSL server manager. I've had a look but can't find an update field anywhere.

I assume in V8 it was set in the blade but this option has been removed in v9. As it's virtual the IP Address form has been removed too.

Has anyone got any ideas please?
