Title: Cannot get CRE (MiVoice Call Record) and SRC (MBG) connected

Hello,
We are VMiCollab server and a VMIVCR server and cannot get the SRC and CRE connected. I dont see any Queued Certificate request in the MBG for the CRE. Bellow is the error from the MiVoice Call Record server.


[04198 t0025 15:56:30.9] SRC: Tunnel 10.4.15.5: SetStatus: down - MiSslTunnelSendCertRequest returned error: MST_NO_CONNECT
[04199 t0025 15:56:30.9] Tx: AE,VAT1,MITELSRCSTATUS,23,75842467-0bc2-4e18-b7e8-83697637cfa3,MBG,False,MiSslTunnelSendCertRequest returned error: MST_NO_CONNECT

Any thoughts on what we are missing? Micollab server is on 9.1.1003 and the MiVoice Call Recording is at 9.1.1003

MST_NO_CONNECT pretty much says it... Your CRE  can't connect to MBG on port 80? wrong ip or a firewall in place?

On the MBG/SRC did you enable call recording?
