I've been running NuPoint with voicemail to email on Office365 for a couple years. Lately, the service has failed a few times. I've been able to find the problem most of the time, but recently, I couldn't find the reason.
I restarted the Advanced UM service, and that let it start sending out old voicemails to email again, but as I was looking for the issue, I noticed a set of logs that concern me.
Looking in the nupointdb/current (as well as several older files) shows these entries coming up every 1/10th of a second:
2020-10-15 07:36:54.142347500 LOG: could not receive data from client: Connection reset by peer
2020-10-15 07:36:54.142387500 LOG: unexpected EOF within message length word
2020-10-15 07:36:55.143882500 LOG: could not receive data from client: Connection reset by peer
2020-10-15 07:36:55.143911500 LOG: unexpected EOF within message length word
Any idea if this is causing problems or if there's a config error?

That's a new one to me. I had several customers have issues after last week's O365 (or maybe we should start calling it Office 360-ish?) outage, but all were fine after restarting Advanced UM. Maybe try putting in deliberately bad credentials, restart Advanced UM, then correct it, and see if anything changes?

No change.

We had a recent issue, after their outage, where the username format of our super user changed. I corrected it and all started working again.

The setting was letting Nupoint decide the from address, so I changed it, but there was no change in the log.
