Title: Error deploy users with Micollab

Hi Everyone,

I got the following error (Failed to create group (MDUG_STANDARD)) when I try to create a users from the Micollab.
I have the enough licenses for IP devices and Multi- devices.

The users you are configuring have a service level of Multi-Device?

Yes its Multi-Device service Level, pelase find the setting for the user template in the attached files

can u show us licence information form ?

maybe you don't habe enough licences.

Double check your licensing, I bet you're out of multi-device licenses on the MiVB.
