I am trying to find a solution for a customer that wants to have question and answer voicemail boxes.
The customer currently has a Toshiba MAS voicemail which will allow for such a creation. I am looking for a solution for the Mitel 250.
The question and answer boxes are also found on ESI systems.
What the box will do on the Toshiba is ask a series of questions and each of the questions a recording will happen. The messages are strung together and saved as one message and placed in the mailbox.
I.e.
What is your name.....Record.... What is your CC number.....Record.....What is your expiration date....record
Any Ideas?

Mitel MiVO 250 does not have this capability...
My bigger concern is having someone record their credit number... MASSIVE PCI compliance problem... There is a whole special set of rules involved in recording someone's credit card number. Access must be documented, must be encrypted at rest, etc. This is actually a huge deal, and could cost your customer hundreds of dollars a month for non-compliance.

Credit card example was nothing more than fake example. I don’t have a customer that requested to record credit cards.
But question and answer boxes are still requested by customer.

Gotcha... But still, the MiVO 250 does not support that.
