Title: Collab Client on Iphone
Post by: brogerson on September 17, 2020, 03:50:09 PM
Is anyone else experiencing lots of issues with Collab Client on Iphone.

I have a customer that is constantly bringing issues to me with Collab Client.   They hated the call quality on the softphone,  calls are dropping and now when they call into a Conference service they use after entering the Conference ID they get Dead Air.

I can call the same service from MiCollab Client on Android and no issues.

If you look at the description on the Micollab iPhone client it says it requires minimum Micollab Server 9.1.
What version is your customer running?

You can find the release notes also on MiAccess, the easiest way is via the download center search for "MiCollab" or other applications and select the latest version.

On KMS you search on keywords regarding your issue.

For documentation you go to Doc Center search or select your application and you should find the relevant documentation.
