Title: RAD is not working

Hello.

MiVB - 6.0 SP3
Active Software load - 12.0.3.15

Two days ago We had License Violation on his system. We uploaded new cert and sync with AMC. After that, problem with License gone. But new appear. RAD stoped working. We uploaded backup that We had (before License Violation RAD was working), but all the time RAD is not working.
Where can be a problem?

What happens when you call the RAD?

Check that it is not in DND.

Whan I call to the Company main number announcement should play. During it I should have abiity to use DTMF to connect to any number in the company. After RAD announcement end, it should transfer Me to information number.
VM port 1 has 300 Prime DN. This DN is a SuperSet 4150. It has assigned COS:

Answer Plus Delay To Message Timer  20
Answer Plus Expected Off-hook Timer  52
Answer Plus Message Length Timer  50
Answer Plus System Reroute Timer  0
Recorded Announcement Device  Yes
Recorded Announcement Device - Advanced  Yes

COV/ONS/E&M Voice Mail Port  No
ONS VMail-Delay Dial Tone Timer  5

I have an information that if someone is calling internal to number 300 it hears MoH.

Now when I make a call to the company main number, I hear waiting tone and information number is picked up without any announcement.

Maybe your backup was done before increasing the number of vm ports.
How many ports do you have? 4 or 16....

No i have 4 VP ports. Backup was make a week ago.

So you don't have voicemail? Are you using rhe 4 ports for rad only?

Yes. We don't use VM. We need it only for RAD.
