Good afternoon all,
Trying to figure out why emails are stuck in queue mailroot folder. on the HQ server.
I have -
Changed SMTP settings
added domain
set smart-host to domain
Cleared badmail and queue folders
Manually added email to send to both Director and DVS - delivered to smart host successfully
Called into 4523 and left message
Reviewed SMTP logs and found entry for successful delivery of email, but nothing seen in Outlook.
Am I missing something?
