Title: Lines Alarm I have never seen before

I have a lines Alarm on a system and when I run the Show Faults Alarm command in maintenance it says I have 1 fault.

Cab  Shelf   Slot            Card Description         Total Faults
 1       3       3              IP125Ax IP Line                 1

I am seeing dropped packets in the Logs.

And what do you see when you do a "state 1 3 3"? I'm guessing one of the IP devices is in an odd state, maybe in ManBusy? 1 3 is basically the virtual PLID for the IP devices.
