Hello all. Struggling with record a call feature.
Release level: 8.0 SP3 PR2
This works fine with 6920 set but not on a 5330e IP
Same COS with record a call enabled
recorder hunt group configured
voicemail configured for the extn I am recording on
record a call key configured on the phone
I call into the DID that rings to the extn, then press the record key, I see the key indicator flash orange and the recording features (Pause, Stop&save, Stop&erase) flash briefly then disappear.
Again this works great on the 6920 set just not on the 5330e IP
COS settings are
Record A Call
Record-A-Call - Save Recording on Hang-up Yes
Record-A-Call - Start Automatic Incoming Call Recording No
Record-A-Call - Start Automatic Outgoing External Call Recording No
Record-A-Call Active Yes
any help is greatly appreciated.

Wirh witch software do you record your calls

No additional software. This is a built in feature. It records to the voicemial box.
