Title: Mitel Mxone mgu upgrade from 1.3.13 to version 2.6.4 fails

Hi
i am upgrading Mgu ( old with 8 port pri ) version 1.3.134 to 2.6.4

when i fire command
rpm -U mgw-2.6.4-1.ppc.rpm
i get below error
" rpmdbNextIterator:skipping h#
error: failed dependemcies: /usr/bin/perl is needed by mgw-2.6.4-1.ppc"

please suggest
