Title: Forward VMs to another phone

How do I transfer or forward Voice Mail messages to another phone? The client has issues with her phone and 1 way audio. The last fix I did for 1 way audio was to delete and re-add. They want thier VM's before I do.

Enable user portal for the user and have them download their messages.

The user can forward a copy of the message to another user after listening to the message with "3"

It would always be better for users to have Vmail to Email...

My real concern here is the 1-way audio on a phone... That should never be resolved by deleting and re-adding a phone. What kind of phone, digital or IP, and you give us more details of the problem?
