Title: Proprety management - multidevice suites

hello ,

i have two Icp in cluster (primary & secondary)

in the proprety management --> mutidevice suites i can see all my rooms and member , but i'm not able to activate the SDS with the secondary system.

does any one knows how resilence works for multidevice suites ?

multi-device suites cannot be resilient, this is written in the helpfile.

Check condition and features multidevice user : Multi-device Suites are not resilient. When the primary server goes down, the phones of the Multi-Device Suite members go into the LOCKED state.

Thank you Mark !! dont understand wht the member can be resilient in the secondary Icp but not the multi device suites Pilot number
