We're replacing older phones with 6940s. I want to put them in Teleworker mode, but I can't see it in Settings. Nothing under Advanced, either. Our firmware version is 01.05.00.071.
Thank you for your help,
Scott

Did you try just holding 7 when you connect the phone and boot? Not sure that works on a 6940, but there absolutely should be an icon for Teleworker in the 6940 settings menu. Go to Settings - Advanced - Network - Config Teleworker.

It's hiding under the "Voice Services" menu option.

Hi lundah, under Voice Services I see MiCloud Connect, MiVoice Connect, and MiVoice Border Gateway. Which is the correct one to use?
Thank you,
Scott

MiVoice Border Gateway. Then enter the IP of your MBG WAN/Internet facing address.

It's hiding under the "Voice Services" menu option.
I tried that, it didn't work.

Were you able to get it figured out? I'm trying to do the same thing, and having the same problem.

Have to go into the "Advanced" menu to see it. The default admin passcode for 69xx phones in MiNet mode is 73738.
-
another method :
go to advance setting ( default password 73738) --> then factory reset , after rebooting , the first thing that the screen will display is : MBG teleworker

I've found mashing the Settings button on boot 'the button with a cog' usually works and lets me select from MiVoice Connect or MiVoice Border Gateway
