Title: MICC Report help for requeued calls?

We have an agent that we suspected is making ACD calls re-queue using Micollab popup with the Call Forward.  We have run Lifecycle report but we can't see it even if we emulate with another agent.  The call never shows no matter what we run.  Any suggestions on what report could be run? Thanks
