Title: CCC Unauthorized Access Message

MiCC ver. 9.1.2.0

After successful login into CCC,  authorized user is prompted for authentication from the same server when clicking on File.
Clicking Cancel at the login prompt allows user to proceed and open a saved profile (shared profile or personal).
The user can once again click on File and is once again prompted.
The 'Feedback' menu option is shown as selected and in the right window pane 'Server Error 401 - Unauthorized acces...' message displayed. (see attachment). 

I've cleared IE cache.
Another user does not experience this issue on the desktop.
Is there an CCC cache that can be cleared? 
The application works fine other than this annoying prompt which appears after user clicks on menu items.

Fix - Repair the installation of the Client Component Pack (OS > Programs and Features > Change > re-install or repair).

I'm sure an uninstall / reinstall would also do it.

Had more users report and the Re-install did clear this.
