Title: Call failed when picking up a Group Call on a 6940 phone

Hi,

I set up a Group Pickup button on a 6940 phone to pick up calls from a Hunt Group whenever the members are busy however for some reason whenever the user presses the pickup button, he gets a "call failed" message.

Appreciate any assistance.

Josh7,

Does this key work for any other phones? Have you verified that the Hunt Group Pickup Key works with Phone Manager SIP Devices; I am assuming you are using Phone Manager?
