We are using the Mitel 5500 console and I need to see how to change an existing message or record a new one.
Here is the scenario. When someone calls in the voicemail greeting prompts to either pick opt 1,2 or 3. This information saved in these options is outdated and needs to updated or a new recording added. Can this be done from the phone and recorded or do you have to record the messages and import them into the system some how? I am new to the Mitel system, please let me know if you need more information. Thanks in advance.

Yes a user can record the prompts or they can be imported when viewing the callflow on the server if in proper format
