Wondering if anyone has ever ran into this issue before for inbound calls into a MiVB system. All Calling Party numbers whose 10 digit number ends with the digit 0 will hear 1 ring and then hear a dial tone sound. Inbound calls work fine from all other numbers.
example: XXX-XXX-7470 calls a MiVoice Business number and hears 1 ring and then gets a dial tone sound.
XXX-XXX-7471 can call a MiVoice Business number just fine.

Weird one.
What are the accesses? PRI, SIP, Analog?

What do you see from the MiVB side? You get the ring and the disconnect or nothing? What does the signaling of the call look like in a capture?

See the call connects. After 30 sec. of the Calling Party hearing dial tone sound, the call disconnects. Signalling looks the same on a good call vs. a bad call.

Funky. Who is the SIP carrier and what is the version of the MiVB and MBG if you are using one? Is this a new install or an issue that just popped up at an existing site?

This issue popped up for an existing customer. We did an RTP capture from the ISP's SBC. The Calling Party can stay on the line for 30 secs of dial tone sound and then the call disconnects with a SIP: BYE from the Mitel-3300-ICP. Mitel support is currently investigating, but was trying to deflect blame before hand.

Please share what they end up saying. What version is the MiVB?

Any resolution to this?

Going to be a carrier issue IMHO
