How can I determine end-of-support date for any given Mitel product?

For software support they use current and -1, so MiCollab 9.x and 8.x are active supported and pre 8.x are not supported.
For hardware like IP phones you should check Infochannel there you can find when a product is end-of-life and end-of-support.
