Hello everyone,
Not only new to this site, but also new to the phone side of things.
Mitel 250 and 5312 IP phone. The phone will not connect to the pBX. Comes up DHCP: Discovery. I have another phone that works on the same network line. Went through and double checked my IP in ICP IP ADDRESS and TFTP SVR IP ADDRESS. Even went through and compared it to the other phone. Does anyone know what else to check for?

Has it downloaded the firmware from the controller yet or is this the first time you are using this phone?
If it hasn't downloaded firmware yet then just statically assign an IP Address so it isn't looking for one and then have it download firmware.
