rick,
I have never run into that issue before. What happens when they try to answer with the cell; no audio?
Thanks,
TE

i just performed a test call..
The transfer (twinning) to the cell phone works as far as ringing then fails
I get the call on my cell, and answer it, but I get no audio.
The person calling in continues to get ring tone as if the call wasn't answered!

Update -
I spoke with the customer this morning...
A call comes into phone A, the call is for phone B which is twinned to a cellphone.
The user transfers the call to phone B. After the call transfers, Phone A performs a reset.
This apparently doesn't happen everytime for every twinned call. But occurred twice yesterday.
I have asked the customer to note if and when it happens again with the details of all phones involved...
Anyone ever had this issue?

What type of trunks?
What type of phone?
Is human-answer supervision on or off?
