Title: Reconcile Wizard Error

Hi Tech support.
I am installing a Vm Micollab but I am getting an error when running the Reconcile Wizard on the Vm Micollab. I checked if all info are filled in correctly in the Network Element of the both the Mivoice Business and the Vm Micollab, but cannot find any issue.
Can someone help me out with this issue?

I haven't see that one before what version of software are you running on MiCollab?

We just had an issue show up for 9.1.3.12 where it wants to add the MiCollab as a shared Element.

I think this is a problem with the new version, but there have been some known issues with previous 9.x versions of MiCollab and the MCD.
