Setting up video conferencing for our external users. On the Internal LAN, video conferencing works fine. For our external users coming in through the MBG, it does not work. I have verified that all necessary firewall ports are open. Is there something else I need to look at to get video conferencing working for our external users?

did you set up the MBG proxy correctly and did you set up split DNS for the micollab FQDN?

Yah check to see if you can hit the MiCollab from outside of your network (through the Internet). For my setup MiCollab 6.0, it's under Configuration -->Review configuration. Here you get all your network parameters and server names.
