Title: 6920 Phone Locked problem

I removed a user and extension 1226 that had been setup as an ACD agent.  Added the user and extension back as a Basic User.  The 6920 phone still shows Locked, as if it's setup for ACD.
I tried clearing the MAC address and manually entering, but still comes up Locked. 

Any ideas?

Is this using a multi device license? If so has it been added back to the MDUG form?

I mistakenly setup as Multi Device.  I've change Service Level back to Full.
