Title: Teleworker Agent Logged Back In

Ok, this seems to be a user issue, but it cannot hurt to ask.

I received a call from a user this morning saying that that their Teleworker phone logged their ACD Agent back in and they receiving a call this morning before their shift. 

Any thing I can look at to track down what really happened?  Thanks!
