My Manager asked me if it is possible to transfer calls from our Main line and from the Ring Group to mobile phone. I tried the call forwarding feature but it seems not to work when it the call comes from the ring groups and our main line.
Anybody have done this before and care to share it with me?
Thanks in advance.

How do I twin to mobile? we got some users that are multi-device user. Thank you for replying

You add a additional extension to the user and you make it a hotdesk device and you have to tick external hotdesk. Make sure the service level is multi-device. And you put the device in the multi-device user group.
Another thing you can do is make a hunt group and put system speedcall in the group, this system speedcalls are directed to the cell phones of the users.

Hi Mark,
I tried the first option but got an error "error code" and hanged after saving. Is it because EHDU needs license? Will try the second option later.

What kind of error are you getting? When you use a MDUG you do not need EHDU license.

You need EHDU licence.

Hi Mark,
I have tried it again and no more error. Next question is when I add the new extension number on the MDUG should it be standard or external twin option?

It seems I may need an EHDU license if I want it to change to External twin. Thank you very much for the help :)

You need to have an EHDU licence.
If you don't have multidevice user licence, you can still use multidevice licence with external twinning to use only one IP device licence instead of two, but you still need EHDU licence.
