Hello,
We are potentially looking to purchase some new Mitel phones for our sales team. Some of our users currently have the Mitel 5360, so we would be interested in seeing what the current model or comparable handset to that phone would be. We’d also like to be able to use the wireless DECT handsets with the new phones. Would someone possibly be able to make some recommendations please?
Thank you!

the 6900 series would be the current model, but on the MiVO250 the 6900 sets require the MiVO suite/MCS server to provision the sets.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from 6900 series phones on the 250 platform. They’re not designed for this system, and it’s not worth jumping through hoops to make them work just to be rewarded with limited functionality.

Thanks for the replies. Sounds like we should possibly avoid the 6900 series..
I forgot to mention our HW/SW. I'm not exactly a phone sys expert so hopefully I communicate this properly. Our phone system is a Mitel 5000. A few months ago we recently upgrade our software to MiVoice Office 250. So I'm not entirely sure if they changed the name of the system from 5000 to 250...but I believe we're on software version 6.3.97.0.
