Title: Extend the amount of time for primary and secondary greetings

we want to record an greeting longer than one minute, due to COVID 19. is it possible? if so where is that setting?

Well, you would go to Voice Processor > Timers and Limits > Timers and Limits: Maximum Greeting Length [Default: 1 min].

If you are referring to Mailbox though you would go to the individual mailbox and change its message length there, but since you stated it was a minute I assumes you meant Recording length for CRAs.

Mailbox

Voice Processor > Devices > Mailboxes > MB # > Message Limits: Maximum Outgoing Message Length [Default: 5 min]

thanks for the tip but it is at the default of 5 minutes. the user says they cannot record a greeting more than one minute.  are we talking about the same message? the greeting and alternate greeting on a mailbox?
