Title: Bulk or Group Calling

On a MiV Business 3300 controller. In the event that an emergency occurs, I am wondering if I can setup a calling plan that would dial out to 10-12 cell phone numbers at the same time to deliver a custom voice announcement.
This would be the same as when the schools call each parent with regards to snow days, etc.
As I am fairly new to this system, where would I go to program such an task?

There is no native way to do this. System could call all but who answers first is who get called. As to sending them a canned message that would be beyond the phone system ability
