Title: MiCollab softphone problem (iOS)

We have installed the latest version of MiCollab client on a bunch of phones, all the Androids work fine, but the 1 iPhone we have has a weird issue.
If the phone is on Wi-fi, it works fine.
When you switch the Wi-fi off and call the softphone, it rings, but there is no audio either way.
The switch to allow non-Wifi softphone is set to allow - i.e. it should be able to call over cellular data.
Ideas?

Suggest you make a call and after that send a client diagnostics and see how it is communicating with the trunk.
