I can't find this in any of the docs (If you know where to find it, please let me know)
MiCollab 8.0.2.101
The users have soft phones. They want to replicate what they have on their desk phones.
i.e. 4 departmental lines, prime line with rollover line
The problem is they want to know which line is ringing so they can decide if they're going to answer it or not.
It always seems to say it's ringing the prime line of the soft phone.
How can I set it up so it shows the line that's ringing?

they cant
thats the limitation of using softphones
i think the ring group name is being added to the next MIVB release (9.1)
to allow it to be displayed for Softphone users
- you would have to send calls to a ring group and make the softphone a native member so that they can see the ring group name when its ringing
at the moment i don't believe there is anything you can do

Ralph, did you ever find a solution to this problem?
