Hello, Wondering if we might be able to change this on our system.
On our previous Inter-tel system, our receptionist would announce the transfer and then there was a tone when the caller was put through.
With our new MiVB 3300, receptionist still announces the transfer, but when the call gets pushed through, no tone or any other indication that the caller is there.
We find ourselves waiting for a tone or some other indication, and all of a sudden we hear the caller saying hello.
Is there a setting to send off a tone when the receptionist transfers a call to our line?

Not that i have hear of
the display will change from the recetion name/number to the callers name/number
Or the recption could simply say putting them through now

pmhaynes,
Yes, this is how things currently run for us, and it works. Just wondered if there may be some sort of tone to indicate the caller is now on the line. My users are used to the tone for the past 20 years, so it's a bit of a change for them. Thank you for the reply.
