Title: SX-200 ICP and SimpleSMDR

Has anyone been able to successfully setup SimpleSMDR to work with the SX-200 ICP? I currently have SMDR being captured by a terminal that writes it to a log, but it would be great to get the SimpleSMDR software working with it. I have loaded the VMware file but was having a little trouble on the initial setup page under system type. Also, are there any specific options in the 200 that need to be set to output in the correct format for it?

No, the SX-200 really only has standard or extended SMDR, with extended including some incoming caller DNIS/ANI information. I am not familiar with SimpleSMDR but it seems they really only support the Mitel platforms natively, should be a simple thing.

I haven't tried it, but it should work. You may need to modify the script to look at the correct position in the output sting. I know when I looked at it, I modified quite a few things that provided greater detail
