Title: SMDR does not appair

I have problem with SMDR records ,the problem is SMDR records doesn't appear, can not access file buffer SMDR logs,
LOGSYS warning:( FILE buffer could not be accessed for SMDR log.                 
              File System error: Bad path name)

What is the exact LOGSYS command you are using to view SMDR records? Have you done this before on this system?

on the maintenance commands:LOGSYS READ SMDR ALL

Have you enabled SMDR in your COS and also programmed the SMDR form.

Yes, before the system was normal,
