Hello,
My 5340e IP phone displays "applications loading" all the time.
What's wrong?

Sounds like a network port blocking issue to me

I try to switch with another phone
- on same network socket > no problem
- on other socket > same error
I reset to factory default > still error occurs

I would clear the mac on the bad extension and see if it occurs and another phone registered as this extension

You means do it in MiVB tool > Users and devices > User and Services Configuration?

Yes, you could do this to 2 phones and reregister both to the others extension if they are the same set type. You will then know if it is the phone or the system programming/data for your set
